I am thoroughly disgusted with a phone call I received from Emma Cletheroe who works for this company. She offered me a temp job for 1month and when I said I was not interested she was very condescending and said to me that some people want to work and made it clear that I obviously didn't and then mentioned something about people needing money. When I rang back to complain she laughed, when I pointed this out she said she wasn't laughing but I could hear her clearly down the telephone. To say I was disgusted with this phone call and her attitude would be an understatement. I find it appalling that members of this company think it's fine to belittle people who do not wish to take roles they are offered because they are not suitable. I don't appreciate being spoken to in such a condescending manner and I didn't take kindly to having the phone put down on me when I was trying to ascertain how this company had managed to get my details on the first phone call. I was also told that the manager was not there when I rang back instantly to complain but a phone call the next day revealed the manager had been there all along. So not only was I treated in such a condescending manner I was also lied to.
